I'll keep this post updated.
The only gear under Columi I have:
Tank: Chest, Ear, Implant, Off-hand
DPS: Head, Chest
So I still am better geared for DPS. I carry both sets with me and have the Field Respecialization Legacy Character Perk so I can respec whenever.

Using tor-loot.com, I see there are two hard-mode flashpoints that will help me get some Columi pieces for my tank spec: The False Emperor and The Battle of Ilum.

Hard-mode flashpoint Kaon Under Siege will provide my Columi headgear for my DPS spec.
