Ok so apparently putting the time in the calender slot doesn't necessarily mean it's going to put it where people will think to look. I'll remember to post times on the message as well. I had originally put it for 20:30 (8:30), but 20:00 (8:00) PST will work too.

My bad. Didn't notice it was in the calendar. The posted time is good. I will start looking in the calendar now.

That's not your fault or anyone elses. The Calender Program is nice, but when i create the event it puts the posts in the Forum automatically, however, it doesn't posts the time in a convenient slot for people to see. It's actually hard to find, I know where to look and it still takes me a moment. I'll just remember to post the time in the message.
