We use DPS meter because its light. DPSMeter.com
Step 1: turn on your combat logs
Step 2: enter flashpoint/raid
step 3: exit flashpoint/raid when finished.
step 4: upload logs at DPS Meter provided by the Raid lead link.

askmrrobot.com is another good place if the whole FP/Op post. It will give a raid wide breakdown by boss for threat, heals, and DPS. It also shows who gets hit by what so your raid leaders can tell you to do it faster.

DPSmeter.com seems to be having kittens with the combat logs.
We will be switching to http://www.askmrrobot.com for ops from now on out. It is important to the guild officers that during ops you please turn on your combat logs and participate.

Has anyone thought of doing the one person upload from http://www.swmonitor.com/download/
lets one person upload all the groups logs to Mr. Robot at once.

If you didn't turn on your combat log, that's fine. If you did and could go ahead and upload that'd be great. Otherwise, no worries.
